Shisui's nose is wider from what I see, & the hooded guy looks like he has no hair since he has no sideburns. Other than those there's nothing else that his picture shows us, the staples are peculiar but it's definitely not for infinite izanagi uses, since the actual eye goes blind too. Maybe he found obito's stash of sharingan & so can use izanagi multiple times but has to keep the socket open..?

I am like the biggest Shisui fan and even I disagree that these "new uchihas" have anything to do with my boy Shisui. Shisui was a loyal, kind and down-to-earth kind of guy.
