this face 80% is shisui's.....but wait!!!....don't fall into kishimoto's bait!!!
be logic...how can this be called a Mystery when we are already seeing 80% of this hooded akatsuki man's face and calling him shisui??...doesnt make sense right??....so doesn't that mean that the mysterious akatsuki man is just using uchiha shisui's vessel???...
-in other words the true Mystery could be : who is using uchiha shisui's vessel??
his face looks crushed and had some wounds and scars in it...this could be shisui's body that got injured after he committed suicide.....
doesn't this remind you of the obito reveal??....when Madara found an almost dead and crushed body of an uchiha named Obito???
again plz look at the picture and notice the hooded man's sharingan!! :
his sharingan looks as if it was crushed , and then got operated and kept safe untill it becomes usefull :
-i can think of only 1 eye : it's shisui's right eye that tobidara took from danzo and kept it in his laboratory :
coincidently (hint!!) both obito's and shisui's remaining sharingan were on the right side...

like i said Tobidara (Madara) is scientist who does lab expiriments too...
he has lab full of uchiha's sharingans...he also got some uchiha corpses, for exemple he still has itachi's reall coprse in his laboratory....

Becuz Tobidara is just an empty shell of his formerself...in other words he is just remnants of his true self Madara...Tobidara is like voldmort....his reall vessel (rikudo madara) is dead..but he, as an empty shell, is very much alive....it's indeed uchiha madara just like itachi and kisame told us :
Tobi is an empty shell of his former self : it means he is indeed uchiha madara but in another weaker body(obito's)
when Tobimadara was manipualting obito's body he said :
he was clearly refering to his reall vessel (rikudo madara) who was waiting to be revived...
