1-Some People say the hooded man is Shisui:
This is Impossible , Shisui is a very very good character , he does not have the will to avenge , and there is no way he will become bad, plus why would he want to harm his friend's brother even if he killed Itachi, besides Shisui DIED and thats that!

2-Some people say he's Tobidara -_-:
MADARA IS DEAD, TOBI IS DEAD, and OBITO IS DEAD. Plus Tobidara doesn't even make sense!

3-Some people say its Zetsu:
Zetsu's appearance (face...) isn't like what we saw in today's chapter , the hooded man's face is human he's different from Zetsus! So its imposssible

I'll tell u what he really is : An orochimaru experiment on a father and a son! Just wait this is the most logical choice!

None of the above, he may just be a survivor of the uchiha clan who somehow got ahold of zetsu's dna. I'm skeptical about Shin being a pure uchiha as well, I feel as though he was created somehow which could explain their shared vision.

Shisui is the only other character that had close ties with Itachi and we never actually saw his death.

If it is Shisui, I believe Orochimaru might have found his body and experimented on it or brainwashed him, which would explain his change of attitude.
