How can that girl write that Sailor Cosmos will get killed if she has no idea who she is? Also, Sailor Cosmos can alter past and future simply by time traveling (hundreds/thousands of years).

She's basically a walking Death Note on steroids. She is capable of visiting the City of Books which is implied to be a library of fictional stories. Witches in Umineko live on a plane of higher existence than us humans, and can observe any universe they want. She doesn't need to know who she is anyway, she can just 'write' "the girl in front of me will be killed by something" and it will happen. Oh, I forgot to mention she can stop time and do this, too.
