Thoughts on the hooded mans eye.

I feel as if he has used izanagi before, or overused his Sharingan.
But in order to stop it from closing, he has put up an seal of such.
Perhaps infinite izanagi spam?

I've stated this in my thread that The Hooded Mans eyes appear to be stitched open due to the possible use of Izanagi since it has been said, and shown, that once Izanagi is used it causes the users eye to be closed forever and lose its light.

Maybe due to him forcing his eye back open, it caused a drawback or so? Causing his sharingan to appear different maybe...

Not sure if infinite izanagi spam but it might be a seal of some sorts to fight drawbacks of his eye closing. The darkness in the eye could have to do with it having been closed by a jutsu.

It could be something different as well.
A seal to prevent losing the eye.
