In the episode 18 (last released episode) why did Gilgamesh say "faker" to Archer? I did not understand.

Maybe Archer is not okay with giving Rin to them and Gilgamesh can see that he's lying to himself.

It wasn't supposed to be clear, I think.

I see, that's a possibility.

Archer said that he's not really an Archer type later in that episode. He said he was originally a Mage which is proven when we find his true identity.

Exactly what he just said.

I was wondering about that too. Thx for clarifying.
Something else. Was archer bluffing when he said he would take care of Gilgamesh and his 'master'?
Is he really that powerful?

Gilgamesh didn't call Archer a ''Faker'' because of Archer being a Magus. iNoto's post is correct. He called him a Faker because

Archer has copied every treasure - Noble Phantasm (swords, arrows, shields, etc.) - through Projection - thus they are fake, making Archer a ''Faker'' - while Gilgamesh himself has the actual, original treasures - Noble Phantasms.

Not really, but at the same time, yes.

UBW is the ultimate counter to Gilgamesh and his fighting style. It is noted that UBW could only be able to beat Gilgamesh and no other Servant because of the advantage UBW has over GoB - speed. Archer could Project any weapon Gilgamesh pulls out from Gate of Babylon, but Archer's attack would be faster because Archer's weapon would already be there in UBW - since UBW is a world that already has all the Noble Phantasms that Archer witnessed in his life stored in there. UBW isn't a world that creates weapons, but one that stores an unlimited amount of weapons. They already exist within UBW to begin with. He wouldn't have to actually create or pull out any weapon like Gilgamesh has to. Thus, the advantage in speed gives Archer an upperhand.

Though, if Gilgamesh manages to pull out Ea, Archer is pretty much dead. And Gilgamesh could actually destroy other Servants while Archer could not.

But how did Gilgamesh know that Archer has projections of the noble phantasms in the first place? Or has he met him before?

He hasn't. It's an ability inside of Gate of Babylon. He can tell due to the Origin of Intelligence in the GoB that Archer uses Projection Magecraft for weaponry. He notices that Saber has been ''tainted'' in Fate route, too, due to it. GoB isn't a vault that stores the original concept of every treasure in the world, it is a collection of human wisdom and intelligence. The only treasures he does not possess are the ones that are out of the realm of human reasoning or intelligence or have been created by a non-humane species who's technology and intelligence is above humkan's. That's also why Gilgamesh is pretty informed of how things work regarding the World and Magi's line of work or what his enemy uses.

Projection is inside the realm of humane intelligence, of course. GoB being a collection of human intelligence is exactly why Gilgamesh possesses other things outside of only weaponry such as ships, wine, actual nukes, etc. In Fate/Extra CCC, he even stores

Command Spells in it
.

When Gilgamesh says everything created by mankind is his. He means it quite literally. Everything created by mankind; technology, treasures, information, etc. can be found in GoB. Information on Magecraft and what his enemy uses included, which is why he instantly knows Archer uses Projection Magecraft.
