The MK films are non canonical to the MK games Scorpion is already dead, he is like a zombie but with a mind of his own.

i think naruto is aggressive enough atm with sage mode, wind nature and the fox
i think water would be good to give him some deffense abilities. besides kakashi and yamato can both use water and they know sasuke uses fire, maybe they will teach him to use it to prepare him seeing as kakashi heard naruto say both of them would die.
im sure kakashi wouldnt want that.

It would have been cool if Kakashi got to learn sage jutsu. Or, can you imagine Sasuke learning it? He has a lot of chakra, and with his weekly upgrades he would be able to pull it off =)...

To be honest the whole story is all over the place, most characters can come back to life in that game if they have the right connections.
