Only the Eren vs. Annie fight within the walls was slightly altered, I suggest you read the manga form there on.

Yes with a few alterations and changes to give it an anime ending. Star reading from chapter 32

The only other change I remember from manga to anime was that scene where I think Armin was next to that girl who was still talking to her dead boyfriend. In the manga, it's explicitly shown that the boyfriend was torn in half, but the anime censors it by only showing his face and implying he's torn in half. The anime follows the manga very closely for the most part.

Yes anime follows manga, I like the anime better though.

I know one change is that when Mikasa is swearing revenge against Levi for beating up Eren, Levi in the manga doesn't hear her, but does in the anime. I was very impressed with the anime overall and am excited for season 2.

There's quite the few tho, in the anime Eren is shown still not in control as a Titan and in the manga he is and is already working and understanding Armin, Hanji and company. Then when Levi in the anime saves Eren from fusing with the Titan, he doesn't in the manga, he's still hurt and Armin was the one who did I i think or random soldier.

And the ending we all know how they changed it

Yeah, some things were changed, that was just the first that came to mind due to Levi's reaction. The very first time I watched it, then ending of the anime was the reason I started reading the manga. Overall though, they were relatively minor changes and the anime is still great.
