can a shadow clone refill his chakra reserves?

We all know that when a shadow clone runs out of chakra it disappears with puff , but do you think a shadow clone can refill his chakra reserves by eating or sleeping or by doing something else? and by doing that he avoids disappearing, that's of course excluding gathering sage chakra

But you still had to spend an amount of chakra to use the technique in the first place. So no

Refill stamina? Probably since they share the same experience, although I'm not sure on chakra (more so no than uncertain).

Edit: Actually no on stamina as well. Having experience of eating/ sleeping won't replenish physical energy.

I believe the jutsu reduces the chakra capacities of all the bodies (clones+original) so even if they try to rest their chakra won't replenish to full capacity (when no clones are made).

otherwise this jutsu would be ridiculously OP : the original and the clones can charge to full capacity and multiply again, and so on.
then there'd be an infinite number of full powered Naruto

- Naruto can make 5 normal clones and then go fight.

- Those 5 clones can gather sage energy/sage mode to boost naruto power when needed.

Thats not refilling its base chakra supply though. Thats the clone making Sage Chakra which still takes away from its original supply.

cuz it is a ninjutsu w/ a set limit. Naruto is the the only possible source 4 his own chakra/ signature. his clones(a ninjutsu) are manifested from this source
if it could create/regenerate its own chakra/source(i.e. & had its own seperate ''mind'' ''body'' & ''soul'') then it would be a real person & would never go ''poof''

Yeah it does seem far fetched that his clone could do it but who knows? It is possible that he could regain chakra,however only up to his max,if it is one clone then that max would be half of naruto's chakra.... idk

Yes , take naruto as example , if he makes one clone it then that clone could in fact tire , rest an regain stamina/chakra only his reserves would obviously be set lower than the original.
