Naruto can take multiple hits from Lee, while Lee can only take a few hits from Naruto. Lee's best speed feat by far is this

but unfortunately it doesn't much support that he is faster then Naruto by a large enough margin to make a difference.

Naruto has superior reactions, enhanced threat perception, and can actively sense him so he also has the upper hand in CQC. Kawazu Kumite is going to be the deciding factor here because Lee won't be able to counter it so well. Even if he slips up once and gets pounded by a ghost punch he still wouldn't have a counter to it. Naruto dances around him, dodging majority of his attacks and tanking the rest. A few Kata's put Lee down for good.

Gate of Joy might be an exception depending on how much faster he gets, and to what level he can use MP. Nobody knows though cause the only thing he did was throw a kunai. If he can use Gate Six decently then I give him the win; high-diff.

If Lee is at least as decent with the Sixth Gate as Gai is, then I don't think Naruto survives.

His reactions are fast enough to perceive Madara's faster-than-Kamui Orbs and through Databook evidence he does have Asa Kujaku. Can't remember much of Naruto's durability feats but I don't see him tanking attacks that are faster than the speed of sound, even if they're still weaker than Gai's.

Once it becomes CQC, Frog Kata one shots him. He's nowhere near as fast or as strong as Gai, so we can forget about him dancing around Naruto's attacks. Naruto easily reacts to his strikes via sensing, and then kills him.

lol, base Madara's punch is nothing commendable. Naruto withstanding it isn't a durability feat, it's a reaction feat considering he was able to react to Madara.
