Villains are most badass characters and have to be plot nerfed most of the times.

If you could choose to have powers of a villain from Mangas (not comics or other fiction ), whose powers would you have ? Assume powers donot include mental prowess, only attacks / abilities.

As there would be many mangas which I have not read, I would appreciate if you could explain the powers of the villain in brief.
