Chapter 5: Code Curse
Author's notes: nothing based on anything real. Just all imagination stuff, and it still needs work.
Akiko still remained uninterested in Indora, yet his touch was still enough to make her crumble inside, or was she really into him? Somehow the thoughts of him would leave her awake at night... it was a bizarre dream, she cuddled up on Ashura in it, the car in it was her own, and the two of them, it was irresistible... what a dream to have, she was staying with them now... her mother was still asleep downstairs.
Her last heart break wasn't easy, Tai was his name. It was years ago... the air was heavy, an open road was all that was seen. Suddenly two cars speeding faster than a coyote chasing a roadrunner, one a deep blueish purple, the other a dark blue color, appear to be racing. A girl with long blonde nondyed hair was in the blue purple car, staring into the other car with a gaze of dispair. The two cars are slowly about to collide... the girl was pushing into the other car, which was scraped and pulled back fast. The other driver slammed on the break, and she kept going and going. Did she dare to look back? As she continued, the thoughts of all the songs shared, gazing into those eyes, holding him, and it all came back. Park the car with Tai's, the cars are in love just like us....
Akiko was young at the time, and Tai was older. It didn't matter to him, at least it didn't make a difference to her. Age was only a number to her at the time, now she's strange to age.
The night lead on, until she was outside Tai's house in her car. She didn't care anymore, would she dare to crash? She attempt to peak in his house, instead. In there she couldn't believe what she saw. Tai with JP, those two were always together and she knew he was playing with her heart. Heart pounds inside, it's like a pain, of dispair that can't ever go away. As Tai leaned into kiss JP, Akiko couldn't take it. JP was a still a woman at the time and the company San Sunmist was barely blooming.
Tai was dating Akiko, but he was into JP for the still small fortune, that hadn't blossomed yet. Tai had turned Akiko into a game, just to hurt her. Akiko was to young to understand, and love since hasn't ever came to her. She'd never dare invest such a romance. Always pushed the crush away and ran into numbness, so it would never happen again. When enraged and jealous, she was very scary.
Akiko ran into the car and wanted to crash into the love game of Tai's, or into his car... she turned the car away. As she drove it was suddenly black, all black was all she saw, and she remembered nothing after that. A car? Maybe a gun shot peppered the tailgate, but she wasn’t sure. No the car was no more, but she doesn't understand what happened or why it happened... she just doesn't remember it, it's just black to her.
"Akiko?" Ashura was standing asking her, "Akiko are you alright, you're all sweaty."
"Yeah, I had a really good dream, then it turned bad, really bad," Akiko rubbed her forehead. She sat up with the dream lingering in the back of the mind.
Indora walked in he was down stairs gathering breakfast, "Akiko, had another bad dream?" He handed a plate of eggs, toast, and bacon to Ashura. Akiko was given eggs, english muffin, bacon and coleslaw. Indora ate eggs, toast and bacon as well.
"Akiko another dream about JP?" Ashura asked.
"How do you know about that?" Akiko unsure if this was a power of ninshuu.
"You mumbled it," Ashura said eating the eggs.
Akiko looked at her food and dug into the coleslaw. Indora walked over to Akiko and sat on the edge of the bed. Akiko was confused by a strange way she suddenly crumble inside around Indora... it takes all her might to not show that her feelings are there, it's like she can't control herself around Indora... this feeling it's like, with Tai... 'no this can't happen to me, ever again. This feeling will fade, I'm probably just hungry or something. It can't happen, romance is not in my plans. It would ruin everything at this time, to even feel like that again.'
Indora looked at Akiko, 'what's with her?' The look on Akiko's face was that of a happiness, but it was also a sadness.
'I just turn inside around, him, I just can't... it's code curse... if I put a code to a crush... it's all Tai's fault...why!?' Was Akiko's inner dialog.
Indora saw through this, and realized Akiko's crush on him, but it was when she still hadn't. He waited for her to realize and see how'd she react to him after. He could see the results now.
