I say that they are talking about Sasuke not taking a break rather than charging a phone because they said that Sasuke is still so analog. As in he always has just used pen and paper

Right... im not seeing how you get recharge as take a break. Analog means he doesnt use newer technology. Shikamaru says that "hes in undeveloped areas" then says because of that, he cant recharge. It seems like hes talking about recharging technology

I have had a few hours to mull over it and yeah u r probably right. Undeveloped would mean without technology and that would be the reason as to y Sasuke never uses technology

Ah okay, appreciate it anyway. Small thing i noticed now that im looking closely, it actually seems that Shikamaru is the one who says that Sasuke is analog and Naruto is the one who defends Sasuke with the whole "being on missions" thing
