It can go either way. It's definitely not a stomp for Deidara, since Kakashi is basically a Sasuke without CS2 who Deidara lost to, but Deidara doesn't have the privilege of Tobi planting his mines this time, which removes immense pressure from Kakashi. It'll come down to whether or not Kakashi will get to Deidara before he summons and flies up on his clay dragon/bird, or simply destroy it. If he manages that, then he can win by pressuring him in CQC with clones and his ninja hounds. If Deidara flies up, though, there's not much Kakashi can do.

I'll give this to Kakashi, high difficulty.

Kakashi wins only if we can assume he copied Raiton Gian from kakuzu, since its the only long range lightining technique he could use to deactivate Deidara's c3. If deidara flies high and drops a nuke strong enough to destroy the sand village i don't think kamui restricted kakashi can do anything (unless you give him long range lightining, but that would be just hyping his 1000 jutsu arsenal). Personally i supose that if kakashi can use raikiri (S ranked jutsu) he can use lightinig storm (gian) since its a B ranked jutsu.

Lol, its a B rank jutsu that needs mastery for it to be used as potently as Kakuzu did...Kakashi didn't copy any of his jutsu for that reason not to mention his sharingan was focused on reading it through pre-cog to avoid it anyways.

Sasuke while facing rock lee was not focused in copying his Taijutsu but he learned it after looking it one time. Kakashi doesn't need to concentrate on copying a jutsu to be able to make it later, if it was that way then he would have died copying any jutsu, since he would be copying it but not dodging it. Kakashi can copy jutsus just seeing them one time, it doesn't matter if he was focused on his precog.

It's only called that in the game: Lightning Beast Running Technique (雷獣走りの術, Raijū Hashiri no Jutsu)

Raikiri is shape altered into lighting it materializes as a wolf and chases down it's prey!! If the opponent is at a distance, a fast attack is still feasible. To chase with irregular movements is one characteristic, seeing this for the first time avoidance is extremely difficult. At the onset of a face to face encounter with the enemy, it's effectiveness is tremendous. Kakashi's pride, a first move certain victory ninjutsu.

Depending on the amount of chakra kneaded into it the speed and distance (range) can be adjusted. If the enemy receives a direct hit their movements stop as a result!!

the biggest problem is actually C1.

C3 is countered by beast runner & C2 is countered by mole hiding.

against C1 swarms(& clay clones), kakashi will be using sharingan & source-less sui'ton & will get exhausted or be overwhelmed. as strtange as it sounds, Dei actually has more craft, priority & utility than kakashi.

Kakashi can use something like Chidori Eiso if need be. He's already shown the ability to manipulate his raikiri in to shapes, and has shot out a spear of it to connect to his clone's raikiri to form Raiden.
