Because Sasuke represents Yin like Hamura, traumatic experiences can be anything it all depends on the person's psychological reactions and Boruto most likey has a unique dojutsu because he's a hybrid.

And Sasuke having experience awakening dojutsu means he knows what aspect of fighting Boruto should focus on if he's to also have one.

Kishimoto said that he forgot to draw it on them, meaning he intended to. He just didn't want to - He tried and thought it looked retarded.

He also expressed that the Byakugan was a bad idea for all Hyuuga's to have because it is hard drawing facial expressions with them, coincidentally in the same interview about Naruto and Hinata's kids not having the Byakugan.

Kishimoto saying he forgot to give them Byakugan is a probably a joke, i think he didnt give it them simply because he found drawing Hyuuga with white eyes to difficult(lazy)and regretted doing it sense it was pointless.

Bolt has the potential to unlock Byakugan and at the end of the day Kishi will do what he wants. This is the same guy who gave Kakashi DMS so dont cry asspull if it happens in Bolts case.

Tenseigan is also possible for Bolt since it gives him a chakra cloak just like his Father and Grandfather.

Nah if Boruto/Himawari had any form of Kyuubi chakra they would have been born with all three whiskers. It just became a Genetic trait for Naruto somehow through Kushina's birth and the seal leaking through pregnancy.

Hence why each whisker goes down by one.
