Raiton doesn't magically negate Doton, and especially not in the way you are implying it will. Raiton hitting the sandwich isn't going to cause it to stop moving because he can't pump chakra into it. Not even sure how that makes sense. Nor is that what happened to Deidara. Deidara's bombs are made of Doton, and he uses "Katsu" to detonate the explosives. He doesn't put chakra into them to blow them up, he only commands the chakra already inside to blow up. Raiton defused the bomb because it was made of Doton. Deidara couldn't activate it because it was defused. No spark. If he could pump chakra into it, then Sasuke could stab the bombs a million times and they'd still blow up.

He was appointed commander of the short-range division (which hypes up his CQC prowess), and lead tens of thousands of shinobi when he took over and commanded Darui's division (as well as his own) which shows his rank, leadership, and battle intelligence.

The other elements don't make physical structures that can be manipulated at will. They only create elemental bursts of energy. Please learn how elemental jutsu work. Chakra inside the body is converted into Wind, Water, Earth, Fire or Lightning and then released. Then learn how things are controlled in Naruto. They are typically controlled by chakra. Gaara's Sand, and Hashirama's Mokuton are perfect examples. Doton is MADE by converting the chakra in the body into Earth. And then it's controlled by inserting your OWN chakra in there. There is no such thing as "Doton moved with Doton chakra". There is no such thing as Doton chakra that isn't in the form of Earth, because that IS what Doton is. Lmao.
