Please don't flame meeeeeeeeeeeee, I know it's a stretch but their method behind the madness, please hear me out
So as we know Oda loves to utilise real life events within the Manga, and often incorporates associate characters from real life too.
I believe that Viola may be the one to kill Doflamingo, perhaps to save Luffy from a surprise attack, or Luffy's G4 runs out.
Viola is based on a woman known as Violet Gibson. She is famed for being an assassin (as is Viola) whom made attempts at the life of the Italian Fascist Dictator; Benito Mussolini.
Violet Gibson was called "insane" when she died, she was probably mentally ill and her final words were "I can see everything...", this is a striking resemblance to the Giro Giro no Mi giving her the powers of sight on multiple physical and spiritual levels.
She also tried to commit suicide in Rome
This may not in itself be convincing, however, Mussolini is the key here.
I know Dressrosa is mostly based on Spain but it does have elements of Italy in there too. Firstly, the Colosseum, secondly we see just as much pasta and pizza as we do gazpacho and paella in the arc. The fights parallel the Italian Civil War.
Parallels between Doflamingo and Mussolini
-Absolute dictators
-Highly manipulative (this is portrayed through Doffy's Ito Ito no Mi) characters that were incredibly tactically adept and articulate
-Skilled users of propaganda (as seen in Doffys plot to overthrow the Dold family)
-Arnaldo Mussolini and Donquixote Rosinante were both their younger brothers, both assassinated their own men on the orders of their brothers
-Mussolini had a fascination for military affairs, this is seen in Doflamingo's weapon hoarding
-Mussolini was inspired by the Roman empire which we see remnants of in Dressrosa
Not enough?
-Alessandro Maltoni (Mussolinis father) and Saint Homing Donquixote (Doflamingos father) both had socialist sympathies
-Both had killed a man by the age of 10
-Mussolini (Doflamingo) became a revolutionary after forming close friendships with a boy (Vergo) of similar age, who was close friends with three elder revolutionaries (Pica, Trebol, Diamante) whom radicalised the boy
Why she could do it:
-She's near the fight
-She could spot trouble from way away and act quickly
-She has reason to kill him, afterall he did basically f*ck up the Royal Family, have her sister killed and have her oppressed for 10 years... She's expressed desire to kill him
If it happens, you heard it here first.
