No, they have greater chakra, two separate things. Minato has greater chakra control but it's limited by his body hence why he couldn't use BM like Naruto, same reason why Kakashi could use the Sharingan better than the average Uchiha but couldn't maintain the dojutsu.

Yes except you forgot the part his chakra control was due to having Ashura's body, you know, the guy that inherited the body of a Juubi Jin, you know, the jinchuuriki with "understanding of all things". His Uzumaki stamina allows him to control bijju chakra and Sage Mode and his body strength allows him to control huge masses of chakra.

Claimaing Naruto to have the best chakra control is delusion, his athletic ability is what gives him the advantage more than anything. If he had good chakra control he would have been proficient in genjutsu. And it's funny I don't remember Kurama comparing Naruto's chakra control to Hagoromo.

It's obvious chakra control is related to Yin energy and Sakura has bags of that otherwise she wouldn't be able to use medical f*cking jutsu.. And unlike both of them Sakura didn't depend on her blood lineage to reach Kage level, she solely depended on her ability to control chakra.
