You are forgetting the Futon Rasen shukriken or his sage mode.

sasuke did because he experimented with his rinnegan while beating up baddies or just in his down time. naruto didnt he did nothin new in the last except make kurama jump out of him which was cool but its still just bm. and even in the novels he did nothing new

Actually, Shunshin is just extremely fast movement, not teleporting. Not that he really needed that, anyway. I really wanna see him use FTG and just generally more elemental techniques (still can't believe Jiraiya wouldn't have checked for his affinity in their 3 years together, and/or taught him a few simple techs, like Katon: Endan, to work with the toads)

Yeah Jiraiya was failure as teacher. He train him 3 years and taught him nothing new jutsu. He should have stayed with Kakashi to train.
