Well in the chuunin exams filler Shira blocked Lee's chakra points without Byakugan and yes that isn't canon but still of all the complicated things some shinobi are capable of achieving I wouldn't put it past them for an individual to dedicate himself to learn the exact chakra point of the human anatomy much like an assassin learns the designated weak/pressure points in the human body to deal a lethal blow. The idea of it seems 100% possible and considering an episode included someone capable of it further proves the possibility of it even IF that episode happened to be filler.

Naruto doesnt possess all Uzumaki traits.Kurama extraction nearly killed him.In Kushina's case,she was able to give birth,have Kurama extracted and yet still have enough life force to restrain Full Kurama

The Hyuga does have stoic personaltiy, look at Hanabi, Neji, Hiashi, and all the elders, they are always calm cool collected, even Hinata except that she's too shy.
