Thicker yes but there is no muscles or bone in a tentacle. I dont see how its more durable. They are very squishy as well.

She was able to track Ay's movements = She can mentally react =/= She can physically react...learn the difference.
& like I said it doesn't matter since Minato's striking speed > V2 Ay > V1 Ay so she gets blitzed...

You think a Kunai slash can't cut Tsunade's neck? so multiple slashes will do the job...

I dont think a kunai can behead Tsunade in 1 swipe.

Multiple slashes wont work either, first if he doesnt have intel he wont be doing that, second her regeneration quickly heals and then Tsunade will just lift her arms to protect her neck. Minato would need FTG to do it.

Someone forget FCD? Minato drops Bunta on her...no time to summon Katsuyu.

No he doesn't need to...his foot speed is enough but FTG is Minato's signature move so he most likely rely on it.
