Why do so many people try to excuse Sasuke's plan to destroy Konoha?

Seriously, a lot of people here act like it was justified, but how? First off, the Uchiha weren't all that innocent (remember the whole rebellion plot that got them killed?), and, second, most of the people living in Konoha had absolutely nothing to do with the incident, hell, they felt sorry for Sasuke and didn't even know what really happened. I know what happened to Sasuke was awful, but I don't see how that justifies him deciding that thousands if not millions of innocent people (don't know Konoha' population) deserved to die for it. He'd be putting other children exactly what he went through, I life without a family because a maniac slaughtered them, wait, nope, he'd kill the children too, the completely innocent children who couldn't possibly know what was going on. Honestly, why do people defend it, to me, it seems monstrous and hypocritical, and unlike Nagato's plan or Obito/Madara's plan, it doesn't even have some warped benevolent purpose, so, why?

I didn't mean why he got away with planning it, I meant why so many people on this site view it as right.

Well he would be right to blame Danzo because he is the sole person who repeatably insisted on the Uchiha's death. But The 3rd was hesitant as always but Danzo did what he always did. What he wanted. The Other 2 Elders I'm not sure don't remember much about them having involvement in it.

So Sasuke would be right to want to kill the Elders but wrong by wanting to kill the Leaf. But Sasuke also blamed them because they enjoyed a peace his brother died for and was also the other reason why he suddenly wanted to target them alongside the elders.

How so? What's your point, unlike pretty much every other Naruto villain, Sasuke only had one bad thing happen to him, yet is given the most sympathy. Let's see

Nagato

-parents killed before his very eyes (so what happened to Sasuke)

-had to survive poor and starving in a war zone

-only wanted to protect his friends and so was forced to kill his best friend

-became crippled

And all of this because he wanted to bring peace and understanding to his war torn village

Obito

-had no parents

-had the same lonely and friendless background as Naruto

-Rin becomes practically the only friend he has

-becomes crippled saving her and Kakashi and the next time he sees them again, Kakashi (his best friend) is killing Rin (his oldest friend and love interest)

-on top of this he was being manipulated by Madara

So where Naruto's life got better, Obito's life got worse

Madara

-forced to be a soldier by the time he was about seven

-grew up in a world of constant war

-lost most of his family including his beloved brother

-felt betrayed and abandoned by Hashirama who was like a brother to him

-was manipulated by Black Zetsu (via the Tablet)

Gaara

-treated as a monster and weapon for most of his life

-only person to ever show him love and kindness tries to kill him and tells him that he always despised him

-his own father makes multiple attempts on his life

-can't sleep ever because of Shukaku

-eventually just goes completely insane

Sasuke

-family killed by his brother

-at least shown compassion and sympathy by the village

-decides to kill them all when he learns about five of them were responsible for his family's death

-allies with the man who willingly assisted in killing his clan

Ya see why I'm not as sympathetic towards him?

@Bold Highly doubt that. Also there were Uchihas that were not Shinobis, like the ones that ran the bakery. Are you trying to say they, who couldn't even fight, had anything to do with the plan to overtake Konoha?
And like I said, he never said he wanted justice or anything like that. He wanted to do it to make himself feel better and to punish Konoha for what they did to him.
Of course it's selfish, but it's still understandable.
And the fact that people hate on Sasuke for wanting to destroy Konoha, yet they don't care that people like Gaara killed tons of Shinobi just because he got a thrill out of it is downright ridiculous.

What's even funnier is Obito actually did attack Konoha and kill people whereas Sasuke never did attack Konoha and kill people at the time.
