Okay, so i had to put up this theory up because i want to rule out some things and just confirm some things if i may.
Mystery Uchiha Dude
So for starters, we know this guy below has some affiliation with the Uchiha:
But i don't think he's a Uchiha at all as Kakashi has already implied. To even secure this fact, there hasn't been any Uchiha with white or light blonde here ever; it hasn't been heard of and i'm sure such a peculiar character would of been mentioned in Shippuden.
Age
Wait a minute... He can't be that old. I mean, he definitely no older that Sasuke and the name of the chapter "The BOY with the sharingan" confirms he is under the age of 18. Ill bet he is at least 16 years old.
Now assuming that Sarada is about the same age as Team 7 when they were in the academy, she would be around about 12-13 which means Sasuke would be about 29-30 years old. Now that we have Sasuke age, i'm going to assume that this guy was about 4 in part 1 and probably 6 years old in Shippuden. Not old enough to be sufficiently relevant yet. If he was from the Uchiha and was truly spectacular, we would of heard about him.
Possible misconception He may or may not have
Remember when Itachis name was brought up? He clearly know who Itachi was but correlating this to his age, i would have to say he was introduced to him at a very young age. Another reason why he is [probably not from the Uchiha is the sheer fact that he bears no grudge against Itachi about the Uchiha Massicre which means he has no knowledge on this OR maybe he doesn't really care. He could be a Uchiha fanboy because of Itachi for all we know which would be a more logical assumption. I Think the guy in the Akatsuki cloak is manipulating this boy to do some dirty work and taking advantage of his lack of knowledge on the situation.
I believe he met Itachi whilst he was in Akatsuki still and i think he knows nothing of Sasuke because Itachi was rather quiet about his personal life whilst in that organisation; though it was no secret that he had a brother, Sasuke. But how is a boy supposed to know about this? Chances are, he was a rouge ninja or an abandoned child and the only reason why he's working for this cloaked guy is because he is wearing an Akatsuki cloak. He believes he can trust this cloaked guy because he wore the same robes as Itachi.
That Sharingan
But this still doesn't explain why he has the Sharingan. Well we know that there were a whole factory of sharingan as we saw Sasuke with Obito once he got Itachi's eyes:
This was Kabuto's lab so this could of been Orochimarus test subject after the war or it could of even been Kabutos. It's very possible that Orochimaru discovered this lab. It would also explain the illustrated malice that Akatsuki guy has for Sasuke. After all, he did completely fail to take Sasuke's body... But then again, all Orochimaru wanted was the sharingan, he could easily take this guys eyes since he is more than capable of doing this. Which now may possibly rule out the possibility of it being Orochimaru. It's Orochimaru knows of this boys existence. Either way, the lab is probably the only way introduced to us that he could of got Sharingan. If he had the sharingan prior to the war, chances are, Orochimaru would of caught wind of it. It can't be a random coincidence that he has it which means meeting Itachi has something to do with him having it in the first place.
I think he has had a back story with Itachi and once he caught wind of his death by this Akatsuki guy, he wanted to kill Sasuke. But like i said earlier, if he truly knew Itachi, he would know Sasuke is his brother.
Akatsuki Guy
The only ones who knew Itachi's true motives of the Uchiha Massacre were Hiruzen, Danzo ,Sasuke and Obito which leads me to believe, this masked guy isn't a Uchiha at all and knew nothing of Itachi's mission but has some form of KKG. why do i say this? Look at his surroundings:
It cant be earth style because it has been illustrated as a more crusty and rugged material. It more closely resembles Wood release but even then it doesn't completely look like it. It looks more like someone has manipulated the earth with a technique similar to Muki Tensei which leads me to believe this person is powerful. looks more like Susano'o scales... but that has no relation, just felt like sharing
anyway, his anger is aimed at Sasuke not Itachi, and i can conclude that this character IS.... No one we have seen as of yet but it will be explained n a back story of Sasuke. Sasuke will definitely recognise this person once unmasked.
Wanted to refine this theory but, go collage guys. Let me know what you guys think about all of this. Who do you think it is and what do you think his connection is with Itachi?
