So he's got to be nearly 70 years old now... I think it's funny that naruto makes it sound like they can find him on a porch somewhere...

Real question though what do you think he'll look like? Kinda hoping he does the creepy thing and takes over a young body

It was never said in the manga but it was implied, because why would he take over Sasuke's body if he can only have it for 3 years? Doesn't make sense so people said that the 3 year limit was only for fodders and not powerful hosts

Perhaps it's only implied. The wiki states it, but i'll never be caught referencing the wiki as fact, and there's too much manga to scour through to find the exact quote.

No he could only transfer into a new body once per 3 years.

3 years minimum. As far as we know. If the speculation (or manga, can't find the scan) is correct, with the right host he could use their body for a full lifetime.

I don't remember that ever being said. The only times this techniques was mentioned was when Orochimaru fought Hiruzen,during the Sasuke retrieval arc,and the beginning of Part 2.

When talking to Hiruzen Orochimaru said he wanted to learn all jutsu,etc but that would require more time than a body can last, which is why he transfers bodys. After that it was just mentioned that he can transfer once per 3 years.
