She was already moving as the punch was moving though. She was moving before it even connected.

She isnt as fast as Bee to intercept it to she can physically react to it.

him he has time to form an enton barrier, clear proof that his attack speed isn't as fast as his shunshin speed, scale it down to V1 & the same thing applies. 3T sasuke can track a strike from V1 ay, so it's not too impressive, & it certainly doesn't prove she can react to mifune.

OT: Tsunade should be able to win, mifune would need to go for decapitation in order to defeat her but w/ manga info I doubt he'd attempt it. If he hits her anywhere else she tanks it & he dies.

while they're forming seals, & later he proved that hype w/ feats. Although from the distance mentioned in the OP I doubt he'd have the shunshin + striking speed in order to outright blitz tsunade.

lol No she didnt. That was Aye standing in front of Naruto and throwing a standard punch. Aye was not using Shunshin nor even moving his feet. Please stop.

So did suigetsu, samurais, Juugo, karin, Bee, mei, onoki, dairu, cee... DO I need to continue? He has standard striking speed, just like every other ninja. His Shunshin speed is what he is known for, and not many can react or see it. If Tsunade would have seen and reacted to Aye's Shunshin then you might have had a point. But feats and hype wise Aye isnt even close to Mifunes Striking speed! Manga fact! The dude will literally Slice your head smooth off or hands and body diced when you were barely thinking of the first hand sign.

With a base sword strike; no Mifune won't be bisecting her. A chakra enhanced blade might yield different results. Mifune's chakra enhanced blade allowed him to easily clash with Sasuke's ration flow blade (something that can cut her in half), so it should have some pretty decent cutting power.

I agree he does have faster striking speed than Ay but he is not that far above Ay's striking speed. Sasuke was able to match

But again Tsunade doesnt have a normal body and if Mifune doesnt realize that in time with him so close to her she ends it.
