I don't see how the "he is handicapped" argument works anymore.

Doflamingo's awakening ability is purely use of his devil fruit and he controls it with his fingers alone. Regardless of the organ damage it won't effect his ability to use his strongest attack.

Luffy plowed through his strongest power, which wouldn't be affected by his injuries, and sent him flying against a mountain.
Not only that but Oda doesn't give a crap about whos more injured, he isn't some power level fanatic like a bunch of us.

To be honest, it's not that what Oda does might be intentionally be conveying something, but it might still do so anyways. What I mean by this is, just because Oda doesn't expect a certain conclusion, doesn't mean it's unreasonable to conclude it. A good example is Gear 2. On several occasions, Gear 2 punches and attacks created sonic booms. This indicates Gear 2 breaks the sound barrier and Luffy is faster than the speed of sound. Oda's intention may not have been that, it may have just been "That's gonna look cool", but it doesn't mean it doesn't indicate that anyways.

Yeah your right, and I actually was thinking this as soon as I made that post. Who knows what really goes on in that head of his sometimes.

And just a month ago the end note said "Law is dead?!!" Don't take them so seriously.
XD If u note when it said Law was dead it stated it as a question. That isn't a statement and therefore not good enough to base a conclusion off. (its more like they are just trying to put doubt in your head)

This chapter however said a statement
The attack was Decisive and the Attack was Fatal

Is there any other reasoning that u would like to use:bdpf:

Just because you're so sure of yourself...

Zoro said he was going to stop the Bird Cage. If Doffy is down and out as you claim then why would he need to do that? Are you saying Oda is drawing Zoro and Kinemon heading to stop the birdcage to... not do it? Because Luffy did first? What would be the point?

Lol Doffy is getting up. Nice try though.

People will say doflamingo was not 100% when he fought Boundman (which is partly true), but they are saying doffy was almost 0% of his strength when he fought Boundman, which is quite silly. He received some damage yes, but he healed from it. And after fighting at 0% against boundman he pulled off an awakening (not to mention his bird cage is still on) and after all this he will still be alive at the end of the arc lol.
So doffy definitely not weak as per general opinion.

This is why luffy knocked him to the palace so law can finish him off and kill him.

How i see it

Doflamingo Vs Luffy / Law team work
Brought him down to about 75% his orgins are damaged
While luffy about 95% just some minor wounds and bruises

After geting hit by Doflamingo some more luffy is about 85% right now i whould say maybe 50% when gear 4th runs out he will be tired

Now doflamingo is about 10% after getting hit by leo bazuoka

Law now will finish him off and get revenge for corazan

If it was Luffy Vs Doflamingo 100% both id say
Doflamingo wins extreme diff

Doflamingo just a.) fought Luffy and Law, b.) had his organs sliced apart, and c.) was taken off-guard by Gear Fourth. Even with that, I doubt Luffy is going to continue to stomp, especially with the reveal of Doflamingo's awakened Devil Fruit powers.

They fought for twenty minutes after Doflamingo revealed his awakened powers, and Luffy is still stomping.

And damaged organs don't effect finger movement which is all Doflamingo needs for his strongest attacks.

with all the hype of Doflamingo character, Luffy using his Trump card ( gear 4) he is making mingo look like he is a fodder even in the rob lucci fight lucci put up a good fight when luffy started to use gear 2 and gear 3.

my question is do you think doflamingo will show his full strength or is this all to it?
Doflamingo has not been defeated, and despite that fact, there are characters stronger than Doflamingo in the new world, I don't see why Luffy shouldn't be able to defeate Doflamingo in the upcoming chapters. (Chapter #786)

Luffy's gear 4th hype is getting to you. Doffy isn't weak, I don't think Luffy could defeat a healthy doflamingo. Doflamingo suffered a greater handicap than Luffy did and even then he's just getting knocked back but isn't bleeding that much, aside from the Leo bazooka attack. You gotta be a fool to think that Doffy is out like that.
What would be the difference between a healthy Doflamingo and current Doflamingo?

It will be very dissapointing if Doffy does not get up
Why would you be disappointed? You have been emotionally affected by Doflamingo's hype. I believe Doffy has not been defeated, but Law's attack definitely will finish him off.

Saying that "Doffy is handicapped" is merely an excuse used to mask Doffy's lacking ability to defeat Luffy. If Doflamingo was as strong as fans claim him to be, Luffy would be having a hard time handling Doffy, but that is not the case. Readers were able to see in this chapter and in the previous chapter that Doflamingo has been greatly damaged by Luffy's attacks in G4.

I never said his finger movements were impaired. Having his organs cut apart and being generally beat up from his fight with Luffy and Law before Gear Fourth happened took a toll on his body that's slowing him down in the current fight.

Anyway, just because a villain is beaten by the hero getting a powerup doesn't make them weak. It's pretty common in shonen.

Doflamingo's reaction speed took a heavy deep ever since gamma knife to the point even base Luffy could outmaneuver him at one point when he seemed untouchable before even by gear2 Luffy. He is still fast, but not as before. Gear4 then came to overcome the difference in speed with a power-boost to boot. Eventhen, he could still outmaneuver gear4 Luffy once(his calverin move) kicking him on the side only to be surprised he is still made of rubber, still analyzing Luffy's moves and how his mode works.

Later on, Doflamingo realized there is a timelimit in the gear4 mode, and started to outlast him(which is a less risky method especially in his current state), and during 20 minutes worth of time, Luffy couldn't land hits on Doflamingo(who was forced in a defensive position where he had to dodge his awakened attacks instead) despite the fact Luffy was heavily pressed by the gear4 timelimit, with Doflamingo blocking a double calverin with threads forcing Luffy to brute force through it and land his leo bazooka attack(his strongest one hit attack in the mode), and attack that very likely wouldn't finish Doflamingo when the gear4 timelimit will inevitably kick in

If even during gear4, Luffy can't do much damage to a weakened Doflamingo with consecutive attacks, including his strongest one hit move(with Doflamingo continuing to come back without slowing down) despite being pressed by time, i'm not sure if i would really call it a punching bag fight. Though i guess the result will depend on following chapter

I agree ppl keep saying tht luffy is ****ing doffy up ... In terms of how many times he hit him but it is unclear how much damage he is actually receiving ... With gamma knife like u said we seen noticible change in doffy with luffy s attacks I dnt really see a change in Doffy damage wise it just seems like he's analysing him ... Just because someone is getting hit a lot does not mean they r taking damage or at least fully... I believe Doffy has taken damage from luffyv yes but no where as near the amount ppl r thinking I honestly think gamma knife has still done more then gear 4 has done so far.. but tht s debatable as I still can't figure out how much damage Doffy has taken from luffy

He didn't heal any of the damage. He put his organs back together so that they resumed function. Actual tears, holes and damage to the organs? Still there. Piled up blood from internal bleeding? Still there. You know why when you get stitches, you're not supposed to move the area too much? Because stitches don't equal healing. They just prepare the wounded area to start healing naturally. If you don't want to take my word for it, take Doffy's; he himself said it's not healing. All the pain, all the damage, it's still there. Doflamingo is close to 0% because 0% is death. Take away the stitching, and he's dead. The only thing keeping him alive is the stitches, so his health is very close to 0.

The point of that was to show that the note is not reliable. The note isn't some source of confirmation. The note said "Law is dead?!" as a question, meaning the knowledge in the note doesn't represent anything to an extent greater to the reader's. It has as much confirmation authority as you and I. "That blow was completely ineffective and made Doffy stronger." That right there has as much authority as that note. It's meant to just create hype and intrigue for the next chapter.

This is a very contradictory post.

Think about it, the reason Doflamingo is avoiding Luffy's attacks is because they are hurting him.

And he isn't focusing on dodging them, he is deflecting them with the string from the buildings.

The fact that he is aiming to run out the time on Gear 4 rather than finish the fight now, means that Doflamingo knows he can't beat Luffy while he is in Gear 4.

And his injuries won't effect his ability to use his fingers, most of the abilities he is using to fight Luffy in the recent chapter were performed using nothing but his fingers. So pain and injuries on the rest of his body wouldn't effect his ability to use his awakening power.

And flying doesn't use his body (or using string to fly), so injuries once again wouldn't have an effect on his ability to fly.

So saying that Luffy not hitting him in over 20 minutes means that he isn't doing that much damage to him, is rather ridiculous.

He didn't do anything in the latest chapter that would be effected by his injuries, he could have lost both his legs and as long as he stops the bleeding he could do the same thing that he did in this chapter.

Doffy's arsenal consists of 14 named techniques so far, six of them involve heavy movement of the body. That's almost half of Doffy's arsenal being more than just "moving fingers." He's still used two of those techniques, which means there's still strain on his body, especially since one of them is in constant use.

How is flying, the ability of maneuvering your body through the air, not using the body?
