*a cloud of locusts descends on the training ground which is a forest clearing with several training dummies scattered about. The locusts disperse, revealing 7 people. They are Godot the masked prosecutor and Pein the godly crew. Pein surrounds you, looking you over cautiously*
Pein: Who are you and why are you here?
Godot: That's a little blunt. The chances of this guy being a totally different person is like winning the lottery, slim to none.
It is far from impossible. Perhaps an assassin has taken our student's place for a chance at killing us?
We train assassins all the time and i'm sure he isn't one of them. So, newest pupil, refresh my memory. What did you want to learn again?

*upon observing the commotion in front of him, Romy backs of a bit in a slight, reflexive manner because of his cautious nature; seeing the individuals in front of him, he nervously bites his lip once he feels the overbearing atmosphere of their presence; incidentally, knowing that he must make a good first impression, he immediatelly changes his body language to exemplify self-confidence and ability; with that in mind, he proceeds to start the communication with the sensei*
Romy: "Greetings, my master, my name is Romy and I'm a fresh, determined student who wants to learn the arts of Fire element. I'm a pretty quick learner and very confident in my abilities. I'm leaving myself in your care without a doubt that I will gain priceless knowledge from your expertise. If you could please oblige me, give me everything you have in your repertoire without sparing me or holding back."
*after the introduction, Romy bows down with the knowledge that his training is about to begin; he gets a nervous feeling in his gut because he knows this is his first time training with a sensei and that he has to make a good first impression; reluctantly, he looks up at the sky, the bright Sun shining, takes a deep breath and says to himself: "I know I can overcome any obstacle in my mission to become a great shinobi."; he then reverts his look to sensei with a determined stance, ready to begin*

Romy: "Fire release is one of the 5 basic elements in nature transformations. To execute it, you mould the superheated chakra inside the stomach to release it from your mouth or lungs. You can also add the chakra to gun powder and other mediums to form an offensive attack. It's consisted of mid to long-range techniques. Fire is strong against the wind because air fuels the fire but is weak against water because it cools it. It works well with the Lightning release and can create a more powerful technique. A more powerful variant of fire is Blaze release which can overcome water by evaporating it. As far as KKG are concerned, it's a component of Lava, Boil and Scorch releases."
*as Romy finishes with the long barrage of statements, he nervously moves around analyzing whether the elaboration was of desired response; realizing he told the Sensei everything he knew, he waits for his response*

Since you've never molded katon chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of fire (a description of fire's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Then focus katon chakra into your lungs and exhale it in the form of a small fireball at a dummy nearby.
