Mifune is twice the swordsman Karui is, with a fighting style Hanzo praised for being so quick and precise that even handsings were useless. Are you sure this is something Tsunade can catch so easily? (especially when the sword is being enhanced with chakra that allowed it to comfortably clash with Sasuke's ration flow blade). Also with Asuma pressuring her from other angles, I don't see her doing that at all.

Asuma should be able to negate rebirth via decapition.

Yes visually she could see Ay as he was attacking Naruto, meaning her eyes can follow his arm at that speed.

Mifune doesnt strike nearly as fast as V1 Ay so she can visually see the attack coming and allow herself move her head away.

She moved forward as Ay exclaimed to Naruto his situation Lol, had it been a blitz she wouldn't of done shit, this proves nothing at all she didn't react to anything, she could have merely seen Ay disappear from view. She can't react to V1 Ay, and its questionable if she can react to Mifune close range.
