I am 100 % sure i've seen a similar teleport to this in fillers but idk if it has to do with Sora arc in Naruto shippuden or not.
Also i've seen Sasuke Orochimaru and Kabuto dissapearing in front of Naruto Yamato Sai and Sakura remember?

How is it shunshin when he seemingly disappearedout of Sasuke's sight with a whirlwind around him? Saying it's shunshin implies that he's too fast for Sasuke to track with his sharingan. That's just not the case , idk what that kid did but it wasn't shunshin.

Because that's what the Shunshin does. The user moves so fast it looks like they teleported.

Ay used Shunshin with his Lighting Chakra Mode and couldn't be tracked with the Sharingan
Shisui used Shunshin and would completely fade from sight, leaving no trace.

That didn't seen like it was for effect either, it seemed purposely drawn that way. Also idk why your comparing Kage summit Sasuke to 700+ Sasuke because at this point Naruto is probably the only person alive that could shunshin right out of Sasuke's sight while standing directly infront of him.

Regardless of what Sasuke is now, 3 Tomoe Sharingan still has its limits.

What are you talking about, in part one NARUTO they teleported like that all the time. Kakashi and Sasuke did it during the chunin exam finals.
