I tend to stay out of discussion, but I feel like I should give my opinion on the hooded uchiha.
There are multiple theories of who he could be.
Largest chance is that it is a not introduced uchiha that managed to survive.
Let's say, Madara did not die? That he somehow managed to get out of kaguya's absorbment.
Or he did the ol' izanagi. But ofcourse, the way this guy seems to talk doesn't fit with Madara.
Maybe an uchiha member that was in service of danzo. Maybe an project that orochimaru created the body and DNA while danzo managed to supply with eyes.
Who would you think this guy to be, the fact that he has a hood, makes me feel as if he is going to be an surprise, someone that we perhaps already know.
