Kid obito was a shining beacon of hope, until madara twisted his world inside out. Obito was very similar to Naruto, however Naruto never went astray from his path.

There are tons of reasons why I like Naruto as a character, and here are a few of them:

- Naruto always followed his Ninja way.
- He was never manipulated by hatred.
- He showed that sheer determination is enough to reach your goals.
- He cares for everyone in a village + loves his family.

Naruto is arguably the worst character in the series.

He's not one of my favourites since Shippuden (not even top 10) but he's done okay for me, being the main character during 631 episodes. His clumsy, goofy gimmick is acceptable.

PS: Not being biased, I've always prefered Naruto over Sasuke and I almost always root for the bad guy.
