Bsm is stronger. Sage chakra plus the host link amplifies the strength of the chakra. Full Kurama just has MORE chakra, that doesn't make the chakra stronger.

yea XD. I think the normal tbb explosion at VOTE was also bigger than any tbb explosion from kurama in the war arc

Just a comparison. Half Kurama on it's own can only fire off 5 TBB at time while Full Kurama has shown the capability to fire off Eleven at a Time.
