Becoz i thought it was common sense dat Toad SM enhanced KCM Naruto has pigmentation around his eyes while RSM Naruto dosen't

I think it's just BSM without the avatar, he wasn't able to do that in the War Arc. That being said, he hasn't lost RSM, Hagoromo's chakra is permanent, RSM is like SS4 and the BSM he displayed in the Last would be akin to SS3

This is true. and another thing. Naruto goes straight from base mode to KSM. The creators of the movie completely ignored the fact that naruto has to be still to gather sage chakra. The only mode he can go straight to having the horizontal pupils is in RSM. So there are inconsistencies.
