[CSC] Turtles w/ Axle!

Goku comes riding on Bubba's head, he then flips off of the massive turtle after doing several back flips he finally lands right in front of his new student
"Hey, my name is Goku pleased to meet you, you ready master these bad boys?"

Ryogetsu's facial expression widens as he sees a monstrously big turtle coming towards him, the stomps along shook the earth beneath him. Moments later, the man that would teach him and allow him to sign the contract would flip forward, landing a short distance away from him.

"Then let's begin, Turtles is more of a defensive summonings it is arguably the most defensive summoning in the history of NB (HA!). Turtles can be used to change the entire terrain to your advantage or even distract your opponent. "
Goku claps his hands together, instantly a white cloud of smoke appears and begins to disappear as fast as it came. On the ground coming all the way up to Goku's stomach was a huge summoning scroll laying on it's side. Goku kicks it over and the scroll begins to come open up revealing the names of multiple shinobi who have made a contract with the turtle as well.
"I'm pretty sure this isn't your first rodeo kid, sign your name in an empty spot"
Goku claps his hands together, instantly a white cloud of smoke appears and begins to disappear as fast as it came. Goku kicks it over and the scroll begins to come open up revealing the names of multiple shinobi who have made a contract with the turtle as well.

Their shells surely do look very tough and strong. Would you say they can change an entire terrain, due to their massive size? I could imagine one of them performing a rolling attack, if it was large enough, that would be devastating!
A cloud of smoke appeared in front of the man standing before Ryogetsu. A large scroll appeared as the smoke settled as the man proceeded to kick over the scroll towards Ryo, causing it to unravel open. Ryo smiled with excitement as he saw the names of the current signers of the contract. This was the second time he would be signing a contract so he already knew the steps. And so, he would bite his right thumb, drawing some blood as he used that very same bloody finger to write his name. He then dipped his finger tips with the remaining blood in order to finalize the contract with a stamp of his finger prints.
And.... DONE!
Goku scratches the top of his head.
"haven't really thought about a giant turtle spinning, people usually counter them with the swamp of the underworld anyway >_>, anyway your first summoning will be Bubba"
Goku then reverse summons Bubba away

Oh yes, that technique a pain! Have you found any ways around it?
After asking the question, a large poof of smoke is created as the previously summoned turtle vanishes. After being given his instructions, Ryogetsu utilizes his already drawn blood in order to wipe it across his left palm, thereafter gesturing the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram hand seals, and finishing it off by slamming his right palm against the surface of the ground. While doing so, he would fuel large amounts of chakra, while thinking of the turtle he had just seen, Bubba. A second later, a large poof of smoke would appear as....
"can't say I have old chum, the best thing to do though is find a way to use the new swamp to your advantage somehow. You'll most likely lose the turtle, it's the ultimate flaw"
As you use the jutsu and the smoke appears, Bubba appears directly above you
"Now using Bubba show me how you would use him in a combo with yourself, try it out on that dummy over there"

Ryogetsu yelled as he leaped to the side and out of the way of Bubba's summon. He had nearly been crushed by his own summoning technique, he had to be very careful how to do it in the heat of battle. Ryogetsu then looked towards his teacher as he scratched the top of his head and sweat dripped down the side of his face.
I have only used water in my entire life, hopefully we can get along nicely, I will have to discuss it with him beforehand! I have yet to use any elements before.
Ryogetsu signals Bubba to crouch down and bring his head over towards him, so that he could tell him something. Shortly after, he would whisper to the monstrous turtle standing besides him. He had informed him of the combination he wanted to try out. With a nodding gesture, Bubba agreed and accepted the combination. Ryogetsu was super excited as he patted Bubba on the side of the foot, the closest thing due to his size.
Let's get the show on the road Bubba!!!
Without further adue, Ryogetsu slammed his hands on the ground, causing water to materialize beneath the dummy, causing them to close balance as they lose contact with the ground due to the gushing water. Ryo would proceed by manipulating that very same source of water to create a binding prison, aiming to both drown and hold the target in place.

Meanwhile, Bubba had stomped his left foot on the ground, causing multiple spikes to erupt from the ground around the target at an angle, impaling the target through the water prison, or potentially avoid the target from escaping by changing locations in case the water is taken care of.

Would this bypass the range limit on some earth style techniques or should I still follow the specified range of the techniques?
"well done, and yeah still follow the range system, also if you plan it right, a 5 story tall turtle stomping his foot by itself would cause tremors so if you play your cards right in the right combo you can gain the advantage

Woah.. it has such a strong body?! Would it revolve around any S rank technique, or S rank piercing techniques? Because its hard for me to imagine a blunt wave of water could 'pierce' through. Unless pierce in this case simply means, reach into and through the defense. Also, would you like me to perform the summoning?
Using his already drawn blood, Ryogetsu proceeds to perform the ritual once again, thereafter slamming his hands on the ground. A large cloud of smoke appears as a turtle the size of the renowned gamabunta is summoned.
*Gasp* Just when I thought they couldn't get any bigger!

Woah.. Turtle Ninjutsu!
Ryogetsu was super excited he would be learning such a cool technique. Unlike before, this time he would be learning one of the turtle's secret arts. After reading the information on the scroll, Ryogetsu begins to manipulate his chakra, advancing the process of oil that is released from his pores, however releasing a coating of water around the user's body. Ryogetsu rises his left hand as he looks at it and feels the power flowing through it. To test it out, he swipes his hand directly upwards, shape manipulating his chakra to release a thin blade of pressurized water. The water blade would be aimed to slice the tree in half, or at least cut into it. As it made physical contact, it managed to cut it in half with ease.

Awesome! The boost seems very potent. It will really come in handy in the near future, but with ever award, it does not come without it's risks. This is a very deadly double edged sword as it could potentially kill the user if he isn't careful of who he is fighting, specially if they specialize in using lightning in combat. Not only does this technique increase the damage of water techniques but it also increases the defense against B rank and below fire techniques, allowing the user to be unscathed.
Now I have a few questions regarding the turtle skin. Would I be able to shape manipulate the water surrounding my body to a certain extent. For example, using a basic water manipulating technique, to perhaps extend a small spike from it to deal close range damage? And also, would this qualify as a full body surge in order to release myself from illusions? As it is focused all around the body. Could I pre-maturely end the technique? And also, can clones or turtle summons who have the ability to use water release, be able to activate this technique, or just the user?
"As far as shaping the water around your body no, however you can make an attack to do so if you really wanted to. I'd say this is like a water form of Chidori Nagashi, so if that releases you from genjutsu then this should aswell. Yeah you can pre-maturely end it if you'd like, however you'd have to wait to dry off. Clones can use this technique as far as turtle summons I'm going to say no because the turtles I have made only use Doton, however if you make a water turtle I don't see a reason why not."
