okay tell me what you know of the 5 basic elements in brief description start with what is a element in narutoverse, then tell me the basic elements, then state individually in each element about their weaknesses, strengths, usage(how do u use it), rarity(in percent) suitable ranges, suitable types, typical uses(i.e. using wind to counter fire in a complicated but valid manner, maybe just getting away using wind)

Element is branch of chakra that has each abilities and weaknessess. The type of moves that'll you use depends on the elemental affinity you have and the range that you basically fight on.

Weak to lightning - Strong against water
Used to manipulate Landscape and attack using the advantages of it. Also it is used to defend from various situations with shields and Hardenings of body
Usual ranges are Short - Mid
Usual types are supplementary and defence
It isn't really rare element since many ninja in Sunagakure and Iwagakure. Some people in hidden leaf have shown ability to use it like Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Hashirama, Hiruzen

Weak to Earth - Strong against fire
Used to manipulate water sources making shields, bullets and even weapons out of water or create water sources.
Usual ranges are Short - Mid
Most of the moves are supplementary or Offensive
Used by people from Kirigakure, Amegakure and some from Kumogakure like Darui, Mizukage, Pein, Suigetsu, Zabuza

Strong against earth and weak against wind
Used to create armors, hit opponent with different kinds of electric shocks and manipulate natural lightning creating thunderstorms and lightning bolts that hit opponent.
Every range is used to these but most of them are Short - Mid. Long ranged attacks usually are natural lightning strikes.
Used by ninja in Kumagakure that have created Kekkeigenkais for this element. It's also been shown that Ninjas from Leaf village like Kakashi Hatake, Sasuke Uchiha have shown ability to use this element.

Mainly used to create gusts, clouds, gasses, lava, Fireballs and launch them at opponent causing burns to skin and damage to insides.
Offensive is the most common along with Short - Mid - Long ranges.
