Given her chakra control, a finger genjutsu will never work on her, the only genjutsu that may work is tsyku. And if Shen n then Yakutia mode it should counter it, both of his ms sharrigan techniques actually.

Her only problem is his sword.
Which I'm not to sure about, her healing suggested that it can undo sealings before.
Byakugou can possible tank it,

Given the location she has the Feild advantage, summoning katsuyu could also help her to counter genjutsu having a pocket katsuyu.
Byakugou tsunade was eye range with Madara plenty of time and he did nothing, but with ay he did.
