edit. i think he may have done it on purpose, the first pic shows sasuke uninterested which is why sarada got mad at sakura for her relationship with sasuke. the way sauce's eyes are drawn in the 2nd and 3rd pic gives off a mysterious gesture, almost as if it was staring back at her. probably to give sarada that strange feeling of connection to her dad, ties in when sakura mentioned sarada's thoughts being connected to him, jus my obseration

Sakura has a visible sweat drop on her second pik. Kishi always placed hints and subtle meaning in this manga, so the changes might mean something

I noticed that too...well at least we know he doesn't copy and paste a lot of scenes. He goes pride in his art and no lazy actions in his work. Only lazy a performances are shown in character buildups.
