Double Rinnegan Madara VS Maito Gai

Who would win? Lets tell Gai couldn't harm (4) Limbo (because he actually can't) and Madara can do what he showed till now in Edo and Alive form (with 2 rinnegan) except Infinite Tsukuyomi and being immortal.



He has the same speed as his JJ form (because he probably is (about) as fast)



For Gai it is that he won't die from 8th gate, tho he will get exhausted and unable to fight the more attacks he uses, but remember that he'll last longer than the Gai who fought JJ Madara because he was already exhausted.



Gai starts in all 8 gates.

Madara gets blitzed before he can even react. His Physical stats are tiers below that of his Juubi Jin form which means one punch from Evening Elephant turns him into a smear on the ground.

No, he means Hagoromo's chakra, the conjoining of Hashirama's and Madara's chakra's gives Madara Hagoromo's chakra, it's how the Rinnegan forms.
With both eyes the chakra might amp him.
Though he might have meant Hashirama's Senjutsu chakra. Dunno, but anyway, Gai Shits and turns him into paste.

Nope. Hagoromo. Sasuke and Kakashi got Hagoromo's chakra and received a massive buff. Rinnegan has some kind of strong chakra inside it, so I was thinking that Madara having both eyes in combination with that Hagoromo's chakra he has might buff his Susanoo.

Ah, now I see what you mean, I just re-read 671. It's also unclear how much chakra Madara unlocked, definitely not as much as Naruto and Sasuke since he only got a neutral Rinnegan and not the six tomoe like Sasuke.
Regardless,I don't think having 2 rinnegan should change anything since the Rinnegan itself is the after-effect of the fusion and not the catalyst. So his chakra should be no more powerful than after his revival.

He won't be regenerating from the major damage he recieves this time, nor can he defend himself with GD. 5 stage EE blitz finishes this.

Double Rinnegan grants 5 Limbos, meaning 4 stand in 4 corner formation and the 5th one is floating above Madara. So every direction Gai tries to hit Madara, Limbo would simply nullify it. He has no Rikudou's Chakra thus Evening Elephant and Night Guy are meaningless to Limbo. Not to mention PS could laugh at how much of a minor damage Gai is doing to it.
