Its funny how legendary fighters like , Ali , Frasier , Bruce Lee , Tyson and more werent half as cocky but still the bests fighters ever ....

It was the same with Mike Tyson. He was undefeated, super cocky, beat his wife, and blew through money publicly just to hurt. Everyone wanted him to lose to Lennox Lewis just like how everyone wanted Floyd to lose.

But the thing is better defense in sports is key. There's an old saying "Defense wins championships". Mike Tyson lost because he was all offense, Floyd won because he has superb defense.

You must have lost your mind if you think Ali and Tyson were not as cocky as Floyd. Ali did far worse to his opponents than Floyd has done. Many champions are cocky... it is expected.

People don't like him because he's cocky & treats people badly. Also not many like his fighting style of, well basically running. He has bold claims as to being the greatest boxer to ever live, yet he runs around to tire the opposition, instead of fighting head on like the stereotypical alpha.

Ali is a dancer like Floyd, cocky like Floyd, treater his opponents worse than Floyd does, claimed to be the greatest like Floyd, and wins via tactics such as rope a dope. Yet Ali is probably the most loved boxer in history.
