How do they not have free time when they reached their prime in adulthood? Like I said, Naruto became Hokage after he had Boruto/Himawari, which was in Chapter 700. Around that time.

It has only been a few years after that, and I'm sure Naruto can train anytime he wants to. Shadow clones, and even now we will probably see their abilities to an extent.

Their families are made of ninja, sure family members understand the need to train. I am sure hiashi did not stop training when hinata was born, neither did minato when kushina was pregnant.

Like I said considering how their world is it would be foolish for them to stop training

I think they are still training when they need to or want to I mean Naruto and Sasuke are probaly keeping up on their skills and are trying to maintain peace at the same time just because they work doesn't mean they don't train it's a ninja world so it would be stupid for them to stop training they are just not out and about besides Sasuke who I think is protecting the village from the shadows while Naruto protects from the inside.

Sakura's job is a medic, and she isn't exactly inactive. I doubt she is rusty.

Tsuande gave up jutsu altogether, which is why she was rusty.

Sakura strength because so Op, so was surprised at the damage.

That's pretty agreeable. Though maybe her combat hasn't grown much, not that a medic really needs it.

Naruto has plenty of time to train, he can drop off a few clones to do his work and train all day and night if he wants to. Or he can do the work and let his clones train. He has as much time to train as almost anyone else, so its obvious his bijuu abilities and etc improved. I can see him now, bending sand Gaara-style.

As you get older, naturally you get stronger so I don't see why all team 7 won't get at least a little stronger than they were before chapter 700 when they were still kids.

Naruto would train because he doesn't want to fall behind Sasuke

Sakura would train to take over Tsunade's role after she retired and Kakashi became hokage

Sasuke would train to fully develop the abilities of the rinnegan.

Infact, i don't think Sasuke could learn to make a new chidori, too difficult to him, he could probably learn how to make his chidori bigger, but thats about it.
