These villains are for boruto,sarada and mitsuki to deal with coz if team 7 where to fight them, gaiden will end next week in 2-3 pages. So it's best if uchiha slayer(naruto), dangerously skilled solo'er(sasuke) and mountain crusher (sakura) stay out these and let the kids fight while they enjoy a meal with their old sensei. The strongest of powerups came from hagoromo and this two(naruto and sasuke) possess them. Kishi can only nerf them for plot sake but not grant the enemy more power than naruto and sasuke

Sakura knows Sasuke is on an important mission,why would he put Sakura in danger by fighting uknown enemies that are good enough to get his and Naruto's attention? Naruto is better suited.
