Just for reference, I'm referring to the man to the left. Now, look at him - we see that he wears a dark hood and cloak, and only his mouth his visible. His identity is a mystery, and he has a number of pawns beneath him, including who is undoubtedly a powerful descendant of the Uchiha clan. I see this villain and I can only think of one thing...

You can already see CM Punk getting beat up in several WWE matches, though? No need to wait until Punk competes in the UFC. In fact, I don't think there's even a set date for his first UFC match yet, but I could be wrong.

because he gets punched in the lip and the piercing gives him a big gash. After the fight, CM Punk'd removes that piercing so that it never happens again.

It could happen, though I doubt he'll have the piercing in while fighting. We'll have to wait and see.
