Remember in the war when Naruto stepped outside he was able to sense everyones chakra clearly,and knew there was a war going on? Do you really think Naruto never went into Sage Mode and or Kyuubi Mode for 10+ years? and never sensed powerful new enemies?

Looks like these guys can hide their chakra...

Naruto stays in Konoha,while Sasuke is travelling the world to track them down.

This is what happens when you extend a series for far too long; the plotholes, retcons and the like start to pile up. Unless Naruto and Sasuke get nerfed, there's going to be no plot in the first place. I believe that part 3 is pretty much a contrived plot just to milk the series.

Yes Kishimoto has thrown logic out of the window since he beefed up Naruto and Sasyke with the Indra and Ashura logic

Well, in this day and age, commercialism and money takes precedence over high-quality entertainment. So, Kishi's insatiable appetite for money is not a surprise and is quite commonplace.

I think if anything they're probably not even aware of their existence and are up to their own things right now Naruto being Hokage and Sasuke is probably tracking Orochimaru and studying to make sure Kaguya and her origins and her power so he's protecting the village from the shadows just like his brother once did and danzou.
