5. It means Sakura is not the mother! At best she's Sarada's surrogate mother. Also, it means that Orochimaru is both father and mother to Sarada, who carries Uzumaki and Uchiha genes and Oro's consciousness which is only waiting to awaken.

I've been saying this in several threads that Sasuke may have found her on his travels in one of Orochimaru's hideouts when he first left the village. It sounds quite possible. Or, this could all be just a red herring. Wouldn't put it past Kishimoto.
