Because of Sasuke slashing Madara in half,Hogoromo was able to come out,and be able to summon all the previous Kages inorder to bring Team 7,and the Bijuu back to their world from Kaguya's dimension.

Yeah,that happened because Sasuke choose not to join him,if he did then Madara would have won.Sasuke didn't,and Madara ended up losing.
