They cancel each other out imo. Kakashi makes a giant water wall to wash away the swamp (Water > Earth right?). I do agree that the frog genjutsu would be a problem in the environment they are in. Kakashi would probably be defeated by the genjutsu unless he dispatches Raikiri clones to try and dispel it . This is a very difficult match up

If its full intel I see no reason why Kakashi would ever let Jiraiya into SM so he goes with Kamui right off the bat.

Even if he does go into Sage Mode, Jiraiya still gets Kamui Sniped.

Kakashi negs, Kamui GG and Jiraiya's ass gets warped before he can even react or do anything, and the funny thing is that he couldn't do anything even if he reacted to it, which by feats he isn't doing anyway. Kakashi is also faster and has Sharingan precognition, has Sharingan genjutsu on par with Obito and Jiraiya is especially weak against genjutsu; Kakashi is smarter and Jiraiya can't block quick thrusts with Raikiri or Raiden as their piercing or cutting power is too much, not to mention that as said Kakashi is faster and has precognition on a slower opponent. Jiraiya's Doton and Katon loses totally against Kakashi's Raiton, Suiton and Doton and Kakashi was able to fend off multiple V2 Bijuu, he laughs off Jiraiya's frog summons.
