To "revive" the Uchiha clan by impregnating multiple women? This would make sense as it would speed up the process drastically. Of course this would completely stomp over Sakura which is messed up. However the reason I think this is not possible is because Sarada would be less special, and Sakura would just be one of his many baby mama's which would make SS fans riot. He was gone for 10+ years for sure, and yeah, he could just be traveling the world but he could also be reviving the Uchiha at the same time. If we leave the revival up to Sarada and her descendants, almost all of the Uchiha would be less than half Uchiha blood. We don't want another fodder Pam situation. Whatever though, I doubt we'll get another time skip unless there's one at the end of the Boruto movie with the old (as in age) Konoha 11 being shown and what happened to the Uchiha.

If this wasn't a shonen manga i'd agree with you. From the moment Sasuke said that one of his goals was to revive his clan i automatically thought he should give up on love and just smash chicks and have babies, of course he has to be upfront with all the girls about this, but Sasuke already attracts a lot of girls and think of all the chicks who would love to be a part of the revival of the uchiha clan. This could definitely work.

By reviving the clan he meant killing Itachi so the last thing people won't think of about the Uchiha is how they were massacred by their own member.

It was never said he meant anything about reproducing his clan.
