We still have to deal with the Sand Rebels mainly with the Monk and the Guy who looks like Neji, as well as the Rain Shinobi who participated in the Chuunin who will soon become the future animial path of pain, and Lastly the Akatsuki

All in all, I want to see my boy Neji one last time to do his epic shit!!

Nope, fuu is the first the jiinchiruke to get captured if you follow by the databook, akatsuki also made their appearence in the beginning of this arc, and send their rain squad to investigate the chuunin . Konan also asked them to report back if they targeted the jiinchiruke which obviously tells me that Akatsuki will show up.
