i think it's probably Mu.

He can use his sensing barrier to keep track of the 3rd's V1 speed and create smokerscreens and shadow clones to distract him as Ma and Pa prep frog song. If needed, Ma can summon all three boss toads and Jiraiya can create shadow clones to protect them as Ma and Pa prep the technique.

easier said than done. itachi is even more proficient in shunshin than jiraiya is. even bee wasnt able to keep up with him and he's both faster and has better reaction speed than j-man does, so i dont see how jiraiya can avoid close combat at all.

totsuka can extend at will so i dont see how jiraiya avoids its range

itachi already countered kabuto's white rage which is a tier higher than frog call so he'd have no problem dealing with it

Yeah, I know that, but there's not much else that Jiraiya can do to hold him off. The clones have enough chakra to use techniques like Yomi Numa, Toad Mouth Trap, and Katon Dai Endan to buy some time. Shima has her dust cloud that she can spit out before initiating the genjutsu and Pa can give Jiraiya his smokescreens.

Yeah, V1 Sandaime is as fast as V1 Ay.

Can you explain to me how white rage is tiers above Frog Song? Last time I checked Frog Song completely paralyzed its victims and could not be broken by someone with a better dojutsu than Itachi who also had multiple bodies.

You say Totsuka can extend at will. So can totsuka extend indefinitely or does it have some limit to how far it extends? This is something you dont know so the details matter. Jiraiya has sage sensing as the data book states (correct me if im wrong).

More importantly, neither weapon will be of use against Jiraiya as he will simply swamp itachis mini Susanoo and once frog call is used its GG.

Amaterasu works by igniting on its target. Dust covers Jiraiya and with sensing he has the advantage as a user of sage mode As well as intel from travels and their previous encounters.

I dont see how any of your arguments have countered mine.
