it's been a while since I made a thread and I thought maybe I should make one.
what made me make this is because this jutsu wasn't really explained that much and it has a lot of unclear stuff about it.
without further ado let's begin:

1-First look:
Amenotejikara is a S/T jutsu that seems to work with the users mind and does not need markings like FTG.
the catch is that it has both a cooldown and a radius that limits the jutsu range.
the cooldown seems to be pretty short since sasuke practically used it 3 times in a row against madara and around 2 times in a row against kaguya in the magma dimension (one for surviving being blown away by kaguya and the second one is after naruto's reverse harem).
as for the radius it's stated to be 10 feet but I doubt that since the at the beging of VoTE 2 sasuke teleorted from madara's statue to hashirama's and it's alot more than just 10 feet plus.
2-Overview:
it seems that sasuke can both teleport and swap himself and other objects as he wishes:
[A]-Teleporting: it can move anything to anywhere as long as it's not on cooldown and the target is not out of range.
some say that the user must be included in the teleporting process but that's not true because sasuke had already done so:
some people claim that he teleported himself and naruto to madara's location but that seems unlikely since sasuke would have to to teleport himself + naruto + naruto's rasengan+ all 9 of his truth seeking orbs
not enough evidence? then check this out:
it's Impossible to use the same claim on this one because the smoke from naruto's transformation jutsu is still there meaning that kaguya was teleported to sasuke and naruto's location.
Amenotejikara does not have a size limit to what it can teleport unlike kamui and it seems to work on a bigger scale when used with PS such as when sasuke teleported his bijuu susanoo behind naruto's clone in the VoTE 2 fight:
as you can see he practically crossed the whole valley using ps with amenotejikara
it also should be noted that the position of the teleported objects can be changed for example:
you can see that sasuke's sword is facing upwards instead of downwards since when sasuke teleported the sword it should be facing downwards plus here:
sasuke was sprinting to the portal facing obito and sakura but when he teleported he was facing the opposite direction in order to catch sakura from falling
and here:
he was facing kaguya meaning the front and after he teleported he was facing the left
the same goes here:
sasuke's PS teleport also applies:
since he was facing naruto and after teleporting he's facing his back instead.
the same goes here:
you may think it's weird that sasuke didn't change his position when he teleported here:
the reason behind this is because he wanted to gain enough momentum for his next attack by turning around and using his rotation to boost the force behind his slash.
it also should be noted that:#1 the user does not need to see he location he needs to teleports to #2 nor does he need to see the object he wants to teleport as long as he knows it's there like:
1#e.g:when sasuke teleported next to kaguya he couldn't have seen her because naruto's clones were blocking his vision:
and when he teleported behind naruto in the beginning of the VoTE 2 fight he couldn't have seen naruto because the flames he blasted earlier were blocking his vision:
2#e.g:when sasuke teleported madara between himself and naruto he was looking at naruto:
and that concludes the teleporting.
-Swapping: he can swap with any object the difference from teleporting here is:
1-the range limit either does not apply to swapping or it's greatly reduced.
2-it seems that sasuke needs to see the object he swaps with unlike teleporting since each time he used swapping he was always looking at the thing he swapped with or atleast at the direction of the said object so I can't say for sure that it's possible.

Conclusion:
1-it can teleport/swap objects or people without the user being included in the process.
2-the user can teleport his/her PS and the radius is increase to fit the PS's scale
3-the position of the teleported object can be changed
4-eye contact is not needed for teleporting but it appears to be needed in swapping

I'll show you my analogy that makes amenotejikara simple:
Imagine a chess board as sasuke's radius and the pieces as the people and the objects near him.
Sasuke can make 1 move each usage of his jutsu meaning he can move any piece anywhere in the board each time.
and he can make a double move by making two pieces swap places.
